Distance Learning

We collected existing training content and added new information to create a series of e-zines and e-modules for each of the new diagnostics being launched.

Live Training

Our live training enabled the team to leverage their vast clinical and technical expertise to understand the customer mindset and connect with stakeholders to optimally position the new products.

Pre-Work and Sustainability Tools

We developed multiple tools to ensure training efficiency (pre-work) and pull-through (sustainability), and we designed a custom LMS to organize the entire training program.
